Both these runs have the same number of particles (~350,000), are NVE & run at different temperatures.
On the y-axis I have plotted the average value of the square of the displacement computed at a given timestep (x-axis).

T=0.01 shows very large movements from the initial position, while for T=0.005 the perparticle MSD plateaus.
